Danish Rye Bread / Rugbrød: a very dark, firm and rich bread with rye flour, whole wheat flour and grains.

It goes very well with smoked salmon, butter, sour cream and other salted fish. It's also excellent in a sandwich with crudités and smoked ham (650 grams).
